Learning is a pathway that leads to your future destination! I am passionate about teaching and making a difference in students' lives. As a mother of three children, I understand youth's barriers and hurdles. That is why I am here... to lower the hurdle! A teacher is morally obligated to enter the classroom with only the highest expectations for each student. Thus, the teacher maximizes the positive benefits that naturally come along with any self-fulfilling prophecy. Students will rise to the occasion with dedication, perseverance, and hard work. I aim to bring an open mind, caring disposition, and a positive attitude and meet multiple modalities of students. I owe it to my students and the community to bring consistency, diligence, and warmth to my job in the hope that I can ultimately inspire and encourage such traits in all students.

I have thirteen years of dedicated experience in education. My teaching career spans from brick-and-mortar to online and in-home instruction. My skillsets included English K-12, reading specialist, history, and special education. I have focused on student goals, formative assessment, time management, and organization skills. Additionally, my strengths lie in specially designed instruction, gaol-oriented instruction, adapting instruction, and teaching to multiple learning modalities.
