Hello! I am Charly Perry. Growing up in the Rocky Mountains I developed a love for nature and the outdoors which grew into a love for Biology and Chemistry. I am fascinated by the physical world around us and love delving into these topics with others! In my current position as a teacher and tutor of high school math and science I prioritize students' goals and work to meet them where they are at. I am invested in my students' success and function as their biggest supporter, rather than as their critic. Whether you are looking to delve deeper into a topic or need to find your footing I am here to help and look forward to working with you!
Teacher Specialization
I am a 2021 graduate of Carroll College. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Biology for Secondary Education with a minor in Chemistry for Secondary Education. While in college I worked as an Accelerated General Chemistry Lab Aid and a Genetics Teaching Assistant. I also tutored for both the Biology and Chemistry departments. In 2021 I completed a semester of student teaching at the middle school level. Since graduation, I have taught Biology, Chemistry, and Algebra II to high school students.
