Hi!! My name is Ms. Hoblit and I'm new to Stride Tutoring. I hope to be a part of your learning journey to help you grow in your abilities!! I have a passion for working with kids and they love working with me too! Kids learn best when comfortable and having fun. I always approach with kindness, never harshness, mistakes are part of the process of learning. My goal is to help all children be successful even if they are struggling. I try to bring some fun in while learning so there's enjoyment and no boredom. I want them to love math! My students know I care and want them to succeed. I do everything I can to help. When kids are hard on themselves I build them up and support them.
Teacher Specialization
I have taught 3rd grade for 2 years and 5th grade for 4 years and 6th grade math 1 year in Texas. I've been tutoring math for 1st-5th graders on Classover tutoring platform since Aug 2023 and wanted to expand my clientele. I love working with kids and they love working with me. I've taught for 7 years and began tutoring online because I love helping kids. I've always wanted to be a teacher, my mom was a teacher, my great grandmother was a teacher, I'm carrying on the family legacy to teach.
