Bio
Hello! My name is Mrs. Logue and I am excited to be your tutor. I feel students learn best when they can make real-world connections. By setting attainable goals, students are set up for success from the start. My goal is to provide valuable information in a clear and organized manner through various strategies. My former students and families have always appreciated my calm and positive manner in the classroom where everyone feels safe and a part of our class community. As class sizes grow across the country, I feel that students learn best when they feel recognized and heard. Being in a smaller setting allows students to feel more relaxed and motivated. I look forward to working with you!
Teacher Specialization
I am a former 4th Grade Teacher. I am certified to teach K-6 and have an Algebra 1 endorsement. In my years in the elementary classroom, I have taught in-person and online. In addition, I have been a summer school teacher in a distance learning classroom. Recently, I was a long-term substitute as a reading specialist. I implemented targeted specialized instruction to students in grades K-5 in the small group setting.
