My name is Mrs. Cramer. I enjoy spending time outside, ideally near a body of water. I love to swim! I have a passion for teaching and coaching. I believe in student-centered, goal-oriented learning. I connect with students by learning about their interests and making our tutoring sessions relevant to their experiences. My tutoring goals are to help students make cross-curricular connections and prioritize their time in order to excel in academics and extracurriculars.

I have five years experience in teaching high school chemistry, one in biology and two in oceanography & marine science. I have coached high school water polo and swimming for eight years! In addition to teaching and coaching I also have experience in school leadership roles; Instructional Leadership Team and Instructional Coach for new teachers.
