Bio
Hello there! My name is Mrs. Delsing. I am a lover of outdoor adventures including hiking and scuba diving. I decided to become a tutor so I can help students in a smaller setting where I am able to focus on each child's individual needs without the stress of school. Math is my passion. Nothing makes me happier than to help students find their love for math. My teaching style includes engaging and fun lessons which will help your child forget they are also learning. I believe all students can and will learn and may learn in different ways. We all have our own strengths, weaknesses, and preferences. I am committed to helping your child with whatever academic needs they may have. I will listen to your child's concerns and struggles and we will make a plan together to improve things in whatever way we can. Through a series of lessons, practice, and quick checks, we will have things turned around in no time! I look forward to working with your student soon!
Teacher Specialization
I attended West Chester University and graduated with my degree in Elementary Education and Minor in Mathematics. I am licensed to teach age 3-6th grade. I have 6 years of teaching experience with 2nd-4th grade. My time as a classroom teacher, intervention teacher, and literacy specialist has highly prepared me to also be a tutor.
