Bio
I began as a substitute teacher in 2009. Years later, I became an interventionist working with students two or more grade levels below to help close their learning gaps. Shortly after, I became a full-time public-school teacher. My years of experience has provided me with experience in teaching elementary, middle and high school. During my second year of teaching, I was awarded rookie teacher of the year. I believe no two people learn in the same way. Therefore, teaching styles should be flexible and constantly modified to meet individual needs. I teach lessons in a way that the students can retain the information they are given. Learning must be strategic and enjoyable while keeping the learning goals a top priority. I present lesson in a fun/enjoyable manner while keeping the learner/student on track and focused on the goal that we have set together. I love what I do and hope to work with you soon.
