I love to learn and be creative. Learning can be enjoyable as well as challenging. It's all part of the process. I truly believe you can learn anything by breaking it down into its core components. Some of my hobbies are singing, writing poetry, traveling and making videos on social media. I enjoy learning, discussing and teaching many topics, such as, Math, Algebra, English, Reading, History, Geography, Science, Voice, Spoken Word Poetry, Recycled Jewelry and more. I would very much like to work with you or your student in all your educational adventures!
Teacher Specialization
I am a Certified Teacher with my Master's degree in Teaching-K-9th grade. I have over 20 years' experience working with all age groups, from pre-schoolers to college students, in various areas, especially Math & Reading. I have tutored English in the ESL department, as well as been an Artist at the Arts Council teaching different arts in the school district. I taught English in China and also taught at a therapeutic day school. Additionally, I have worked in a university with student retention.
