Bio

I'm so excited to help you understand math more! As a kid, I struggled with math and felt so frustrated trying to understand it. As I got older and it all started to click for me because of some amazing teachers I had, I decided that I wanted to become a math teacher too, so that I could help make math easier and more enjoyable for my students! To get to know me more.. I grew up in New Hampshire but now live in Indiana with my husband Dylan and two kitties, Dot and Domino. When I'm not having fun in the classroom, I love going on walks with Dylan, reading, painting, playing/watching sports, and playing board games. I'd love to work with you and help you understand and even enjoy math :)

Teacher Specialization

I'm certified to teach 7th through 12th grade math! My last year of college I worked with 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th grade. I then did one-on-one tutoring for a full school year, and the last two years, I taught 8th grade at Indiana Digital Learning School full-time. I love middle school math because I really believe that it is practical and can apply to your life!
