Bio
My name is Amanda Meek. I have a passion for learning and working with youth. I love math and really enjoy helping students to develop their skills and find their passions. I recently earned my doctorate degree in Education with my dissertation about engaging girls in computer science through informal education. I have a lot of experience tutoring students in middle school and high school math and science. I would love to work with you.
Teacher Specialization
I have been tutoring middle and high school students in math and science for the past 15 years. I also taught high school math for a couple years. Along with a teaching certification in Math and Science, I also have my Master's degree in Online Education and a Doctorate degree in Education with an emphasis on Educational Practice. My passion for learning and love for teaching has helped me to be a great tutor who makes an impact on my students' learning and understanding.
