Hello! My name is Andrea Molder. My dream has been to be a teacher since the 6th grade. From a young child I have enjoy mathematics and helping others. I believe that all children can learn. Mistakes allow thinking to happen. Some goals that I have for tutoring are to 1) Improve academic weakness. 2) Personalize Instruction. 3) Help students become better test takers. I believe that every child is different. Not all students learn the same way. I like to build relationships to where students are confident enough to share what they are not understanding and need help with. Once students understand that mistakes are okay and we can work on over coming them. Outside of school I love to crochet, bake, and fish. I also enjoy spending time with my dogs.

In 2013 I graduated with a degree in Mathematics Education. I won teacher of the in my school district in 2021. I have taught 6th-12th grade mathematics for the past 10 years. Classes I have taught include 6th Mathematics, 7th Mathematics, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Trigonometry, and Pre-Calculus.
