Hello! I hope to see you in a tutoring session soon! I have been teaching for over 20 years, and I have an extensive background in teaching reading and writing to students ranging from kindergarten to 8th grade. As a virtual teacher, I have found great joy in reaching students of varying backgrounds from all over the state of Arizona. I have a real passion for teaching reading and writing, at all developmental stages. I enjoy working with middle school students to perfect their writing skills, from planning to publishing, but I also love teaching the fundamentals of reading and writing to younger children as well. Whatever your tutoring needs are, I look forward to working with you and getting to know you to help you meet your goals!

My career began 20 years ago as an elementary school teacher, but after 14 years I transitioned to teaching middle school language arts. I have extensive experience in teaching reading and writing at all levels. Whether it's decoding words and improving fluency or improving comprehension for critical thinking, I am the tutor for you!
