Hi! I'm Briana and I'm excited to become a part of your learning experience. Fun facts about me: I currently live in northeast, PA with 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 tortoises, a lizard, my parents, my brother, my ll year old niece, my husband and now our infant son. It's a full house, but my family is everything to me and I wouldn't have it any other way! I am new to Stride but I am far from new to the world of education. Helping young people learn and grow has always been my passion. My teaching style is to use a variety of interactive tools to bring the content to life for my students. My ultimate goal is to form a connection with each student and find ways to make the content meaningful to them personally. I wish to eliminate some of the stress and negativity that is so often associated school and learning. I instead strive for my students to walk away feeling confident and excited. I believe each student is a unique individual with a unique learning style. I can't wait to help you learn!

I have been teaching for the entirety of my adult life. I received a BS in Early Childhood and Special Education from East Stroudsburg University where I participated in a profressional development school model, allowing me to have a variety of student teaching experiences. I have since taught: Pre-K Counts, 3rd grade and special education for elementary and middle level (mainly math but all subjects). I am prepared to meet any of your needs!
