Bio
I love helping learners unlock mastery of challenging material, or bringing depth to topics for which they may need fresh perspective. Some of my specialties are teaching middle school math, and middle/high school ELA. In addition to teaching, I also love learning through study and life experience. My hobbies are diverse and include playing the accordion, basketball, and gardening - which I believe helps me relate to a wide variety of students!
Teacher Specialization
I have taught in public schools and non-profit organizations for over 11 years! My teacher training was completed at Temple University (Education B.S., dual certified in Elementary and Special Education K-12). In this time I have served students in all grades K-12. Some personal career highlights include having designed garden science programming, and helping design a math kit archived in The Smithsonian.
