Hello everyone! I'm Kaylee Faecke, pronounced as Fake-ee. I enjoy teaching math and helping those who are struggling in a specific concept. Math is all about making mistakes and learning from them, some of my best work has been a biproduct of mistakes! My job as a tutor is to assist you when there is confusion or difficulties; however, my philosophy is you learn by doing and making mistakes rather than watching. With this mentality, I try to be as adaptable to my students and tutees need, as well as, build strong connections with my students so they feel comfortable to communicate their difficulties. My goal as a tutor is to help any student struggling in math or with a specific topic by bringing a new perspective and clearing up any misconceptions. I look forward to helping you on your math journey!

Teacher Specialization

Just a little history about myself, I have been teaching for the past two years but have been tutoring for the last 4 years in math in both middle and high school settings. I started out as a substitute teacher during my final year at college while pursuing my degree in Mathematics. During my first year of teaching, I mainly tutored in Algebra and Geometry; however, would assist any student in the subject they were currently struggling in.
