Bio
My name is Lauren Salvioli, and I have been a classroom teacher for 10 years. It has always been my passion to become a teacher, and it gives me great joy working with new students year after year. I have I believe that learning should have an engaging hands-on approach where students are actively participating in the lesson and getting first-hand experience at the concept being taught that day. Throughout our tutoring sessions, I hope to work together to establish a growth goal. As long as we are growing you as a learner each time we meet, we are succeeding! Please know that I understand that all students learn at a different pace, so the importance is not how quickly we learn, but that we grow slowly to gain a deeper understanding of the content. Building my lessons on the students' interests is a high priority for me. When students are engaged, they are open to the new learning and it becomes fun!
