Hi, I’m Ms. Swanson. I have over a decade of experience teaching middle and high school math both virtually and in the classroom. Algebra 1 is my favorite course to teach! I believe all students can be successful and my favorite part of tutoring is watching students improve their math skills, gain confidence, and enjoy math more. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
Teacher Specialization
I have been teaching and tutoring math both virtually and in person since 2010. I have a Master's in the Science of Instruction with a Math Concentration from Drexel University and a Graduate Certificate in Online Teaching & Learning from Baker University. I have taught all middle and high school subjects for math and science, but my favorite to teach and those I am available to tutor are math for grades 6-8, Algebra 1, and Geometry.
