Hello! I am Mrs. Hunt and I am incredibly excited for the opportunity to help you grow and expand your knowledge in the areas you need help with. I employ a "whole person" teaching model and value individualization to ensure I am teaching in the way(s) that you learn best! I also highly value connection and building rapport so that I can get to know you and your goals while we work together to achieve them. I believe in providing detailed feedback and differentiation with scaffolding (including breaking things down into smaller chunks, simplifying vocabulary, and more). It is my goal to help you not only learn what you'd like to learn, but also to expand your creative mind. I am an inclusive educator and a safe space facilitator.
Teacher Specialization
I have a strong background in both academic and real-life applications of business and English. I have an Associate's Degree in Business with emphasis in Information Technologies, a Bachelor's Degree in English Education, and a Master's Degree in English with emphasis in writing. I currently teach at the high school level, but have tutored at all levels and previousl taught middle school as well in both business and English studies.
