I love to open doors of knowledge and watch students walk through. When teaching in person I am typically walking around the room and providing time to work in class is a must! Online, the students choose when to do their work so they may choose to ask enriching questions when with me. Every student has unique talents and skills and every student is able to learn; I enjoy figuring what their specific best learning scenario is.

I began substituting in elementary classes while I was in college, then I moved on to junior and senior high teaching followed by teaching adults in a community college. After working in a special education classroom a couple of years I moved to private school teaching and online tutoring and being a "homework helper". I have been teaching online full time for several years and I've been tutoring online exclusively the past year and a half. This adventure has been wonderful!
