Hey there, I'm Sarah Long, an adventurous mom of two boys who loves nothing more than embarking on exciting journeys of discovery. Whether we're snorkeling at the beach, hiking in the woods, floating rivers, or star gazing, we love learning through amazing adventures! And you know what? Despite all the outdoor adventures, I've got a girly side too! When I'm not exploring the great outdoors, I enjoy shopping for the latest fashion, doing my hair, makeup, nails, and spending quality time with my nieces, indulging in all those fun, girly activities. I've also got a Superpower called ADHD, and that's given me a knack for making learning fun, hands-on, and easy to remember with silly songs and catchy phrases. My superpower motivates me to constantly seek new knowledge, and right now I'm learning to play piano! So, if you're into math, cool stories, awesome science, or have a heart for adventure, I would love the opportunity to help you discover the fun in learning!

I am a Texas A&M University - Texarkana graduate with Texas teaching certifications in EC-6 General Education & EC-12 Special Education. My time in the classroom includes 5 years teaching first grade and 2 years teaching third grade math. While in college, I worked as a substitute teacher in our local Special Education Co-Op. I am now a Marketing Assistant for a bank and fulfill my passion for helping students through Stride Tutoring.
