How exciting!!! School is beginning !! Or maybe not. Perhaps school is a struggle for you and your child. Maybe it's because they are behind, and have not been able to catch up. Maybe reading is difficult for them, and this hampers their ability to succeed in other subjects as well. I can help! I am a Reading Specialist, and have been correcting reading problems for many years. I have a Masters in reading, have been trained as a reading coach in scientific based reading strategies, and also in Reading Recovery. I use diagnostic prescriptive reading to diagnose the reading skills that are causing your child to struggle, then creating specific lesson plans that target the deficit areas and fill in the skill gaps. I have used this technique for many years with great success. The lessons are fun and engaging, but targeted.
