Hello, my name is Mrs. Robinson, and I am looking forward to working with you as your tutor. I am a compassionate and caring person who believes that all students can be successful. It may not be to the same degree, rate, or speed, but it can be done at their pace. My goal is to assist students with building their self-confidence by using their areas of strength to help them improve in their areas of need. It is my belief that by building students' confidence in their abilities, their motivation for learning will increase as well. I'm excited! I hope to see you soon for our tutoring session together!
Teacher Specialization
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Educational Psychology and Social Science and a Master of Arts degree in Special Education. I have taught students with learning disabilities in the elementary school setting for 28 years. I also served as case manager for the elementary schools where I worked. Additionally, I have worked in a daycare setting with developmentally delayed preschoolers eight years.
