Bio
Hola! I'm a bilingual educator, licensed in 3 different states. My passion in education, has allowed me to work with students as a teacher, school counselor and tutor. I've had the honor to assist my students achieve their academic goals beyond high school. Throughout the years, I've seen students learn best if they are given the proper tools to achieve and are allowed the opportunity to excel. That is why I strive to use the student-centered approach. Also, I use positive reinforcement, this motivates students to achieve and accomplish their goals. My objective is to help students be creative while learning, and still have high expectations for them.
Teacher Specialization
I have been in education for 14 years in the K-12 setting. The subjects I've taught were: Spanish and English as Second Language (ESL). Three of those years, I was a high school counselor. Additionally, I have 7 years of experience tutoring students in the university level and K-12.
