I’m a globetrotter with an affinity for teaching and a passion for sharing my native language of French. I have lived on three different continents and in four countries: France, Canada, the United States, and Colombia. I have experienced diverse landscapes including the Amazon rainforest, Quebec's cold winters, Arizona's deserts, and the Alps. With many years of dedicated experience in the field of education, I've honed my skills as a teacher, catering to learners of all backgrounds. What drives me in the classroom is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. My teaching style is a blend of fun and challenge. I aim to make learning an enjoyable journey, encouraging students to explore learning with enthusiasm. Whether you're a beginner or advanced learner, I can guide you on your journey. But here's a fun twist: I'm not just passionate about the French language and culture; I'm also a devoted hippo lover! I've collected hippo keepsakes from all over the world!

I have ben teaching World Language: French (K-12) and Social Studies (6-12) since 2006. My educational background includes a Ph.D. in Political Science and Government, an MBA, a Master of Law in International Law, and a Bachelor of Law in Civil Law. I am certified to teach French and have expertise in instructing students in language acquisition and cultural competency. With my Ph.D., I bring an in-depth understanding of government, law and policy issues to my teaching.
